Cement trailer, also known as bulk cement truck, consists of special vehicle chassis, bulk cement truck tank, air pipeline system, automatic unloading device and other parts. It is suitable for the bulk transportation of fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, granular alkali and other dry materials with particle diameter not larger than 0.1mm. It is mainly used by cement factories, cement warehouses and large construction sites, which can save a lot of packing materials and loading and unloading labour.
1、Before loading, make sure that the material to be loaded is free from lumps and other debris, and do not allow debris and lumps to enter the tank. If there is available strainer filter.
2、Before closing the lid of the tank, clean up the sealing ring, the lid, the movement mechanism, the operating platform on the accumulation of material and other debris.
3, when closing the lid of the tank is strictly prohibited to use casing and other force device, strictly prohibited to use foot pedal, otherwise it may cause personal and lid damage.
4、People who are afraid of heights or other medical conditions or whose physical condition does not allow it are strictly forbidden to operate on or under the upper platform.
5、When walking up or down the ladder and on the upper platform, please pay attention to safety and wear safety belts and helmets and other protective equipment according to the relevant national regulations to prevent personal injury caused by slipping and falling.
6、Make sure there is no pressure inside the tank before opening the lid. It is strictly forbidden to open the lid when there is compressed gas inside the tank.
7、If working inside the tank, make sure to park the car, pull on the hand brake and bring the car key, at the same time, someone should be on guard outside the tank to prevent the lid from closing automatically and the vehicle from starting.
8、The speed of the air compressor should be controlled within the rated speed 950 ~ 1000r/min, increase or deceleration must be slow, otherwise it is easy to damage the air compressor.
9、Do not stop the compressor before the internal air pressure is completely eliminated, otherwise it will easily damage the compressor cylinder and cause damage to the compressor.
10、Start the vehicle smoothly, do not start abruptly. Do not brake or accelerate sharply without an emergency during driving.
11、After collecting the vehicle every day, the residual water and oil in the storage cylinder should be released with the compressed air to avoid water accumulation in the brake line and rust and grease blockage, which will cause the brake to fail.
12、Please use the pressure relief valve to unload pressure, not through the second air supply valve and external air source ball valve to unload pressure, easy to cause the fluidized bed sinking and other damage, otherwise the consequences are at your own risk.
13、The bulk material should not be stored in the tank for too long, and the water content should not be too high.
14、Please ensure that the material cover, butterfly valve, secondary air supply valve and exhaust valve are closed when pumping.
15、When the air pressure rises to 0.2MPa, the butterfly valve can be opened to discharge the material.
16、Note that the secondary air supply valve should be opened first, and then the discharge butterfly valve should be opened.
17、During the unloading process, the check valve will make a “clanking” metal knocking sound, which is a normal phenomenon.
18、Before use, you should read the instructions of each part in detail, use and maintain according to the requirements.
19、Check the connection of the connecting parts frequently and tighten them in time.
20、Discharge process, must always pay attention to the discharge air pressure table. The pressure must not exceed the specified air pressure value. The work of the safety valve must be sensitive and reliable.
21、After unloading, the manhole cover and discharge disc valve must be closed.
22、During the unloading process, if the pressure rises above the specified value, the safety valve starts to work. When this happens, the secondary air supply valve should be opened repeatedly to unclog the pipeline and reduce the pressure. If the pressure remains at the set pressure of the safety valve and does not drop, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
23、Do not stop the machine at will during unloading, otherwise it will easily cause blockage of the conveying pipeline.
24、If the clutch pedal is released immediately after opening the extractor control switch, it is easy to cause the extractor to engage out of place and damage the equipment.
25、If the air inlet valve is closed when the air compressor is started, it will cause excessive pressure in the pipeline, which will damage the pipeline, air compressor, car gear box and force extractor, and in case of accident the high pressure gas and parts may fly out and hurt people.
9 Precautions in Cement Trailer Operation
1、Don’t over-speed or over-pressure when driving a bulk cement truck. Over-speed or over-pressure will seriously damage the air compressor.
2、Do not start or stop the air compressor quickly, but increase or decelerate the speed slowly, otherwise, the punching pressure will damage the air compressor.
3、Do not change the direction of rotation of the air compressor, otherwise, the oil pump will not supply oil which will seriously damage the machine.
4、Do not stop the air compressor before decompression, otherwise, powder and granular materials may flow backwards into the cylinder and cause serious damage to the air compressor.
5、Check the oil mark before starting the machine. The oil level should not be lower than the lower limit of the oil mark; it is necessary to check frequently whether the oil pump is supplied with oil, if not, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, otherwise, the lack of oil will seriously damage the air compressor.
6.Check and clean the oil filter. Under normal circumstances, it should be checked and cleaned once a quarter, or once a month if the machine has a high usage rate.
7.The lubricating oil should be replaced on a regular basis. After the new machine has been used for 30 hours, discharge the oil in the crankcase, clean the inside of the crankcase and the oil filter, and then change the oil. In future, change the oil once a year as described above.
8、It is forbidden to mix different brands of lubricants, otherwise the lubricant deterioration will affect the lubrication effect.
9、Maintain and clean the air cartridge every 30 hours of work. While rotating the cartridge, use compressed air with a pressure of less than 0.6MPa to blow it from inside to outside. After five times of maintenance, please replace the cartridge with a new one. It is strictly forbidden to clean the cartridge with oil or water.
