1、Before loading, check and clear the accumulated ash and slag in the tank and discharge pipe; the pipes and valves should be flexible, no blockage, air leakage and other phenomena; the connecting parts should be solid and reliable before loading.
2、Before opening the loading port, open the exhaust valve to exclude the residual air pressure in the tank.
3、When loading, open the material level switch in the tank, and stop loading immediately when the material level signals a full level.
4、After loading, the cement accumulated on the edge of the loading port should be cleaned up, cover the feeding port cover, and insert the pins and lock them tightly.
5、Before unloading, park the vehicle on a flat unloading site, load the unloading pipe, close the butterfly valve of the unloading pipe and the ball valve of the unloading pressure pipe, open the secondary air pipe and connect the compressed air to ensure that the air compressor is started under no load.
6、When pressurizing into the tank, make sure the discharge valve is closed. When the air pressure in the tank reaches the unloading pressure, the secondary air nozzle valve should be opened slightly before opening the unloading valve, and adjust the opening degree of the secondary air nozzle valve to adjust the best ratio of air and cement.
7、Discharge process, should observe the pressure change of the pressure gauge, such as the pressure suddenly rise, and the air hose is blocked, no longer out of material, should stop feeding air and release the pressure gas in the tube, and then clear the blockage.
8、Discharge operation, the air compressor should be in charge, other personnel shall not operate without authorization. When unloading under pressure, do not change the speed of the internal combustion engine.
9、At the end of unloading, the air release valve should be opened to release the remaining air in the tank and close all the valves. There shall be no pressure in the tank when the vehicle is in motion.
10、No loading and unloading of cement in the open air on rainy days. Should always check and confirm that the inlet cover is closed tightly, and shall not let water or wet air enter the tank.
11、Under the vehicle for maintenance and repair, the internal combustion engine should be turned off, the hand brake should be tightened and the wheels should be wedged firmly.
12、After repair, cement tanker should be driven by qualified personnel, and should not be loaded with people or objects, and when it is necessary to test drive on the road, it should hang the test license issued by the traffic management department.
13、When parked on the ramp, downhill parking should be put in reverse gear, uphill parking should be put in first gear, and should use triangular wooden wedge etc. to tighten the tires.
