Working principle of bulk cement truck
The bulk cement truck has a closed cargo compartment and an automatic unloading device, and is used for transporting bulk cement vehicles. It is mainly used in cement plants, cement warehouses and large construction sites, which can save a lot of packaging materials and loading and unloading labor.
The bulk cement vehicle (powder material transport vehicle) uses the power of the vehicle to drive the air compressor to send compressed air through the pipeline into the air chamber at the lower part of the sealed tank to suspend the material in the fluidized bed of the air chamber into a fluid state. When the pressure in the tank reaches the rated value, the discharge valve is opened, and the fluidized material flows through the pipeline to be transported.
6 major components of bulk cement truck
1) Automobile chassis:
The chassis of trucks such as Sinotruk, Dongfeng, Jiefang, etc. are used. After refitting, the performance of the whole vehicle is the same as that of the original vehicle. Operate according to the instruction manual of the car.
2) Power take-off box;
Installed on the right side of the gearbox. It is a pneumatic internal gear meshing transmission type, and its main function is to take out the engine power and transmit it to the air compressor through the transmission shaft.
3) Air compressor;
It is an oil-free lubricated swing air compressor, and its rated speed, rated pressure, displacement and other parameters are the label values.
4) Air pipe;
Including air intake, air distribution, pressure relief, secondary air and other four parts. The air intake pipe is connected to the air compressor in the lower air chamber of the tank body. A check valve is installed on the pipeline to prevent the air in the tank from flowing back into the air compressor.
The air distribution pipeline is equipped with a red safety valve, an air inlet pipe in the middle air chamber, a pressure gauge and an external air source connection. The pressure relief pipe is installed on the top of the tank so that the atmosphere communicates with the inside of the tank and is controlled by a ball valve.
The secondary air pipe communicates with the discharge pipe under the air chamber at the lower part of the tank body, and is controlled by a ball valve to dredge the pipe.
5) Tank body;
it is a sealed container for loading materials with manholes on the top. The walking platform is for loading and maintenance personnel to enter the interior of the tank body, and there are escalators, fenders and underframes below. The chassis is used to attach the tank to the truck frame. There is a separate cavity in the tank, and the air chamber is composed of a slide plate, a fluidized bed and a special canvas, so that the air and powder are mixed to form a flowing state.
6) Unloading device;
It can connect the charging tank with the storage tower (silo) pipeline. Controlled by a butterfly valve, it is used to transport materials.
Features of transport vehicles with fluidized bed structure:
The transport vehicle with this fluidized bed structure can effectively reduce the residual rate of bulk cement. Whether the design of the internal fluidized bed structure of the bulk cement transport vehicle tank is reasonable or not determines the performance of the whole vehicle – the speed of ash unloading speed, the level of residual ash rate, the size of the effective volume ratio, and the weight of the curb weight.
Fluidized bed structure inside the tank
The fluidized bed is composed of a perforated plate and a side slide plate, etc. The perforated plate is supported by two beams, and holes are opened on the beams to facilitate gas circulation and reduce self-weight;
The side slide plate is supported by a small crescent plate, and holes are also opened on the crescent plate to facilitate gas circulation and reduce self-weight, which not only ensures that the fluidized bed can bear the weight of the loaded powder materials, prevents the weld seam of the fluidized bed from cracking, but also Self-weight is minimized.
Why the fluidized structure is “V” and “broadband”
The height of the ash unloading bell mouth of the bulk cement transport vehicle is very important to the ash unloading effect. The fluidized structure directly under the bell mouth of the fluidized bed is in the shape of “V” and “broadband”, so the gap between the periphery of the bell mouth and the bottom surface is a The variable value, between 40-55mm, is not conducive to the flow of powder materials, and has a great impact on the discharge speed and remaining ash.
In order to further improve the efficiency of ash discharge, a prismatic plate is installed under the bell mouth of the discharge, so that the bottom of the bell mouth is a plane, and the gap between the periphery of the bell mouth and the bottom surface is reasonably designed, which is conducive to the uniform flow of powder materials, so that The unloading speed is faster and the ash is lower.
Internal structure influence
The structural parameters of the fluidized bed inside the bulk cement transport vehicle mainly include the lateral inclination and longitudinal inclination of the side slide plate and the width of the fluidized bed.
When the inclination angle is larger, the width of the fluidized bed is narrower, and the discharge effect is better, but the effective volume ratio is low and the curb weight is large;
On the contrary, if the effective volume ratio is large, the effect will be poor, so the choice of angle should take into account the balance of various factors.
The effect of the inclination angle of the fluidized bed
The inclination angle of the fluidized bed depends on the performance parameters of the transported powder, mainly the repose angle of the powder material. Generally, the side inclination angle is taken as the repose angle, the longitudinal inclination angle is about 1/3 of the repose angle, and the repose angle of cement is 40-48 Therefore, the optimized design of the fluidized bed (side inclination angle, longitudinal inclination angle, fluidized bed) has been optimized. In the case of a tower height of 18 meters, both the unloading speed and the remaining ash rate have reached the domestic advanced level, which is higher than QC/T 560—2010 industry standard regulation.
The fluidized bed is not only a part that fluidizes the powder material, but also a load-bearing part of the tank. The powder material in the tank needs to be carried by the fluidized bed, so the internal structure of the fluidized bed must be able to bear the weight of the powder material in the tank.
However, if the structure is too solid, the curb weight will be large, so the internal structure must be reasonably arranged, not only to carry the load, to ensure that there will be no weld cracking during operation, but also to reduce its self-weight.
