How does a pneumatic dry bulk trailer work
Working principle:
Use the equipped engine or borrow the main engine to drive the dry bulk trailer air compressor through the power take-off drive shaft or pulley, and send the compressed air into the air chamber of the sealed tank through the pipeline. When the pressure in the storage tank reaches the rated working pressure, the discharge butterfly valve is opened, and the powdery material is discharged through the discharge system.
Pipeline system:
Intake pipe: After the gas is output by the air compressor, it enters each compartment through the check valve and the ball valve. Safety valves are installed before and after the check valve to prevent the air compressor from being damaged by excessive pipeline pressure in the event of an accident. The safety valve is set to release pressure to 0.2Mpa.
A pressure relief valve is installed on the top of the tank of the dry bulk carrier to release the residual pressure in the tank, which is used for the user to release the gas before opening the material cover and stopping the discharge midway.
Unload pipeline:
The discharge pipeline is mainly composed of suction port, butterfly valve, discharge steel pipe, discharge pipe joint, discharge rubber hose, etc.
The pneumatic dry bulk trailer is equipped with a shockproof pressure gauge to monitor the pressure change in the tank and guide the discharge.

To prevent the paint of the cement sand transport trailer from being corroded by seawater, we will spray a layer of wax on the surface of the cement bulker tanker trailer before transportation.
