Fluidization principle of bulk cement semi trailer
The bulk cement truck (powder material transport truck，bulk cement semi trailer) uses the power of the truck to drive the air compressor to send compressed air into the air chamber at the lower part of the sealed tank through the pipeline to suspend the material body of the fluidized bed in the air chamber into a fluidized state. When the pressure in the tank reaches the rated value, open the discharge valve, and the fluidized materials will be transported through the pipeline.
The function of the tank car of bulk cement semi trailer
The bulk cement semi trailer tank car is composed of tank car body, fluidized bed, upper inlet, air pipeline, unloading bag and so on.
Usually, there are 3 upper entrances on top of bulk cement semi trailer tanker. For the air pipeline system of the oil tanker, one air inlet pipe is in the front and the other is in the rear. These are individually controlled via ball valves.
Once the power is turned on and delivered to the air compressor, the air, once condensed, flows directly to the tanker to fluidize the cement powder.

The working pressure of the compressor is 0.2MPa, which must not exceed the overload or overspeed limit.
Do not change the direction of rotation of the air compressor of the unit
Maintenance should be performed after 30 hours of operation, the air intake should be cleaned and replaced after 5 maintenance cycles.
